Bright, sunny and cozy, this two bedroom, two bath condo is ready for summer, winter, spring or fall vacation rentals. It has a nice open layout with the kitchen, living and dining area combined. Each bedroom had a wonderful pine bed; the master bedroom also has an attached bath. Plenty of space to relax in after those exciting days on the slopes in the winter or the wonderful days spent golfing the Tahoe Donner Golf Course in the summer. Tahoe Donner Amenities Pass Instructions/ Rules And Regulations
The Trout Creek Recreation Center facility has a fitness center, pools and a spa. Trout Creek is for association members and their guests only. The facility is located at 12790 Northwoods Boulevard. For more information please call (530) 587-9437. Trout Creek Recreation Center is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Adult pool and spa close at 9:50 PM
No glassware is allowed in facility
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the facility
The "swim sticker" is applicable only during summer operation
Must be at least 18 years old to use fitness room w/o parental permission
Users 14-17 must have a waiver signed by a parent before using the fitness room
To use Trout Creek Recreation Center, take the passes along with $8.00 for everyone over the age of 7 and enjoy! Children 6 and under are FREE. Each pass will allow 4 people access to the amenity of your choice.

  We had a fabulous month staying in the darling little Karl condo. It was conveniently located in Tahoe Donner. It was very clean and perfectly appointed. We have family in Truckee and often had company for dinner and the kitchen does remarkably well for entertaining. We were very very comfortable. The only thing guests should prepare for is being in the dead zone in Tahoe Donner for cell service. There were days when we could not make calls at all and other days where we could connect but had to be in the bedrooms to have a conversation. Other than that, the condo was perfect and we would definitely rent it again in the future. The management company was very responsive when we had an internet issue and a new modem was brought up immediately. The customer service was excellent. Thank you Geoff and Susan at Truckee Reservations! You guys were fantastic to work with! We highly recommend this rental company and this condo. We had a wonderful month in the mountains!
